So patient and helpful with my 5 year old daughter! She has learned other in the past few months. The class gives her confidence and she has alot of fun!

Nearly every practice they incorporate a kid friendly activity to give them a brain break from all the discipline- often while helping them grow strong/fast/flexible. They also worked to meet my childs unique needs. My kid is probably most improger from struggling to stay on task to being a little helper.

I known Matt Trimmer since his other gym and recently had gotten back into kickboxing with him here. I love the workouts that he puts together for the class, walking around and spending time on each individual and their needs. This gym is very friendly and I have met some pretty incredible supportive people in my class. They have helped me keep motivated and with each class that I complete, I just want more and more. I’m normally here for my boyfriend’s Karate class, instructors are very nice and helpful. Also the fitness equipment was amazing as well! So recommend!!! :)

My daughter Ivy has started taking classes at the dojo. It has been a wonderful experience for her to have.She is learning so well and so fast. She has the most respect for the higher belts and both grand masters as well. They have given herself confidence and much discipline. I'm very proud of her and how she is during classes. She continues to excel both at the dojo and when practices at home. Thank you for everything.And i'm excited to see her continue to grow in the martial arts.
