The management is just terrible! They let abuse happen! Get rid of good staff and keep the ones that don’t do their job! Hire junkies off the street. The night shift never toilets the residents. The hospice residents don’t get checked on. It’s so filthy! The only good thing is the activities. This place should be shut down! Steer clear of Keystone Villa for placement of any elder or employment!! This business treats their residents extremely poorly, cuts many corners and management treats their employee with much disrespect! They will make up so many lies about both residents and employees they don’t like! They will be reported to higher authorities!
