We recently had a pet that made a one-way trip to the vet. They were beyond amazing. If i could give 6 stars, I would. They had a comfortable room for us, let us tell them when we were ready, explained what was going to happen, discussed options for the body (arranging for cremation with the remains coming back to us so we didn't have the hassle of making arrangements), and gave us an option of leaving out a side door. I was very pleased with my experience at KVC. I do not usually vet there but my small dog had an injury that my regular vet was not able to accommodate. They got him in right away and the provider was very thorough and caring with her exam. I was in and out in an efficient manner. You can absolutely tell that they care about the animals and customers that they treat.
It was a Sunday, and my oldest dog started having seizures and wouldn't stop, so it was time for him to cross the rainbow bridge They met me at the office on short notice and were very compassionate with my wife and I as we said our goodbyes to our furry kid. Thank you for being there when we needed you so Kody didn't need to suffer any longer. We miss you Kody
