This place assured me that personnel would not get involved with vulnerable patients. There and one did.!!!!! She brike the rules conversated with my husband and other things...And the first day my husband got out of rehab left a message for her to call back , she did on private phone during the night, And they started a relationship. So this is why I sent my husband to rehab??? was to start a relationship with personnel, which is against the rules!!!! I made 2 formal complaints. I was a patient there to get off Gabapentin.. This is a drug that's not a narcotic. It's a pill for the nerves system that millions of people being given to. If one isn't able to pay for this pill, they will go through withdrawals that can lead to death . This is the worse that can happen. The withdrawals are really bad for a pill thats not considered a narcotic . My insurance company was paying them $500. to $1,500 a night for me to get treated . I got treated like I was an addict. I volunteered to enter the outpatient program at Keystone. The program is very focused and exceptional. The most important factor in the treatment are the group facilitators. I want to mention Julie who was our team counselor and facilitator. Julie is the real deal; she has been through treatment herself, she is very authentic and sincere. She understands exactly what all group members are going through.. She listens and hears what is being said and understands what is in the hearts of everyone. This place was great! Would definitely recommend! I am so beyond thankful that I decided to come to Keystone! The staff were amazing and very attentive!
