Tim is so knowledgeable and experienced. I exercise on a regular basis and do a lot of heavy weightlifting from time to time, so my body has been screaming for a while to get some help. He knew exactly what the problem was after listening to what I had to say and got to work. 100% recommend Tim!!! Go see him if you are looking to improve your mobility !!!
I was able to schedule an evaluation and visit on the same day. Tim was excellent, after identifying the zone of discomfort which was mostly neck and shoulder pain. He started with deep tissue message and some stretching which allowed more blood flow and oxygen to the area of discomfort and ended the session with some spine adjustment. At the end I felt a huge difference and I really appreciated his care and knowledge. I highly recommend him!!!! Thank you Tim and looking forward to next session.
I couldn’t sleep from severe neck and shoulder pain due to a pinched nerve. After just a couple sessions, Dr. Legath relieved it. Best chiropractor I’ve seen—highly recommended.
