Almost every camper had the battery stolen over the winter. Many were missing propane tanks. The locks to my camper had been broken. Per their reply to this review it appears as though this was known to management, yet I received no notification about this incident. I have called and managment has not answered the phones nor replied to voicemails left. Only communication I have received was the reply to this review. Will be taking my camper elsewhere and I do not recommend using Keystone storage due to lack of communication ... read more
