I called to do an inquiry on their security service and systems and the phone sales consultant was very unprofessional just because I was speaking over my vehicle's Bluetooth he chose not to provide me with information let alone speak to me... on the other hand I called Hawkeye security a locally/family owned business and the lady there was very nice and professional hence why they have a perfect rating on Google.
