Well, where do I start Bought the thing on Jan 15th and Feb 9th no hot water. This has the on demand tankless hot water heater. Called and paid for Good Sam service to come out and check it out. Well, they needed to order a part and come back at a later date to install it. So now we are showering in the bath house at the campground. this goes on for months of replacing different part until they decided to replace the who unit. I bought a new RV with a nice floor plan. The problems started almost immediately, within a week of using the RV. The workmanship was so poor that trim work was falling off, plumbing was leaking, water came in from an outside leak and the black water drain valve was assembled wrong making it most difficult to open. I own a 2018 Keystone Montana high Country 362RD, which I purchased for the additional living space it provided (rear den), but am not able to use in colder weather. This rv has an Artic package included, but does not add any additional insulation to this rv. This rv has 5 slides and is 41ft long, and therefore the rear den is 20 degrees than the livingroom, as keystone did not compensate for amount of space that is required to heat this rv. Purchase a $60,000 MONTANA/KEYSTONE camper to live in on the pipeline and after I left with it cannot get camping world to return an email or call; on day 11 with no hot water in shower. Paid $10k in extras including tankless hot water system and cannot shower, finally lawyer advised to pay local person to fix issues and sue - list: USB outlets never worked wired WRONG, the A/C and Heat system WIRED WRONG so bunkhouse is frigid, Stairs to 2nd door came bent, one of the fireplaces trips at high temp limit 1st time turned on ... read more
