I am extremely disappointed with the service and support from keystone and Camping World regarding our new trailer. We’ve been unable to use the TV or DVD player since we purchased the unit last year. After bringing it in for a resolution, the "fix" provided by the manufacturer (Keystone) was a replacement unit that isn't even compatible with the existing TV.(note this is a brand new unit off the lot) The most frustrating part is being told that they are aware of the incompatibility but are refusing to take further action.... read more
Horrible product. I highly recommend finding another brand. Cheaply made starts falling apart immediately. DO NOT BUY A KEYSTONE!!!
