One star is two many. We bought our Keystone Cougar 2022 29BHSWE, brand new from Vellner Leisure in Red Deer. After a few years of owning it these are the problems. DO NOT BUY KEYSTONE OR FROM Vellner. - Water pump failed, - entire floor lifted, - all seals around all windows failed and leaked, - roof failed and leaked, - Slide stopped working and leaks, - microwave stopped working - doors for pantry and bedroom came off the hinges, - electrical panel came detached from wall and almost caused a fire.
I own a 2020 Keystone Laredo. It is literally falling apart as I type this review. Wallpaper is nearly all bubbled and damaged, counter top is peeling up, toilet flush has been faulty since day one and even with a repair, air didn't last 4 uses, door window frame buckled, couch put together wrong, under bed storage hinge needed replacement, window frames coming apart, roof caulking coming off and the most annoying exterior finish faulty, cracked and marred. I purchased a 2024 Coleman Lantern 17B from Keystone. Less than a year later, it had major water damage and delamination — a clear warranty issue. My first phone call with Ian Haas (Keystone’s representative) was respectful. He said he wanted to “do what’s right for my family,” admitted water damage is hard to fully repair, and asked if I’d consider a new 2024 or 2025 model. I said yes — that would be fair.
