We purchased a LEMON of a 5th wheel from a dealer selling Keystone Montana 5th wheels!! We drove from Wisconsin to Texas and have had major problems with a brand new 2024 Montana 5th wheel which we thought was a good manufacturer. We have had problems with our Black Tank drain pipe which when an RV repair company went in to it because our pull wouldn't open or close, we found that the cable was put on too short. "Customer care"....what a bunch of BS....lady had a terrible attitude and was of NO HELP AT ALL!!!!
Horrible quality and they do not stand behind their product. For sure will never even look at this brand again.
Rep answered the phone extremely annoyed, and was not receptive to questions that I had about a model. Told me to go seek help in person because “how should he know”… when I was asking about the layout of water lines (which I figured reps could find, or at least point me in the right direction of finding). Unhelpful, rude, and I don’t understand why the company wouldn’t have its own layouts.
We purchased a new Cougar trailer in July of 2024. Of the 60+ days we have owned the trailer, only 9 of them have we had it in our possession. We have missed our first season of camping because of the time needed to complete two warranty repairs. 1) Replace a tail light with moisture in it 2) Replace a window that was installed incorrectly at the manufacturing plant, and the mattress soaked with rain water Took over three weeks to replace the taillight, and we are still waiting on the window repair.
