We Took our montana in for service,all we can say is Wow!!!Everyone in the service department treated us like they were working on their own RV. The attention to detail and the personal service from the service writers to the technicians was second to none. So Glad we chose Keystone to service our RV. Thank you to the entire team!!
There is junk and then there is Keystone. Their products are absolute garbage.
Bought a brand new 5th wheel and wish we didn't, worst purchase of our lives. After leaving the dealer the compartment doors flew open on the highway, the fridge was wired incorrectly, the slide hit the fridge door when pulled in causing damage, and too much more to mention. Oh yeah, one more, big crack formed up the side of the camper. Working on second attempt to fix it now. I would recommend staying away from this brand.
After less than 3 years, the roof of my RV is already leaking. From many spots...Keystone’s workmanship is terrible, and their so-called structural warranty barely covers anything—what a joke! When I called for help, I was met with the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Plus the Manager never called back.... I’ve had my Keystone HIdeout 2020 RV for less than 3 years when the roof started leaking from various spots. For the price you pay, you’d expect better quality, but the build is awful. The “structural warranty” is basically useless—covers almost nothing when you actually need it. They tell me its maintenance for roof leaks. Not just one leak, tons of gaps.... poorly made.
