I purchased a 2024 Coleman Lantern 17B from Keystone. Less than a year later, it had major water damage and delamination — a clear warranty issue. My first phone call with Ian Haas (Keystone’s representative) was respectful. We purchased a LEMON of a 5th wheel from a dealer selling Keystone Montana 5th wheels!! We drove from Wisconsin to Texas and have had major problems with a brand new 2024 Montana 5th wheel which we thought was a good manufacturer. We have had problems with our Black Tank drain pipe which when an RV repair company went in to it because our pull wouldn't open or close, we found that the cable was put on too short. "Customer care"....what a bunch of BS....lady had a terrible attitude and was of NO HELP AT ALL!!!!
Horrible quality and they do not stand behind their product. For sure will never even look at this brand again.
