This is by far the worst company to work with. We bought a brand new Montana 3100 in February (special order) and we were told that it would be done March 30. That didn't happen. Then they told us the first week of April that it was just going into manufacturing. Here it is May 5th and I still don't have my trailer. It is actually done now but because of paperwork they won't release it. This company needs new management or just shut the whole company down. They are making promises to customers that they cannot keep.
Purchased new and within a few years experienced failures across nearly every major system: structural issues, tanks, electrical, propane, and more. These are not cosmetic problems. Repeated attempts to use the warranty led to the same result: repairs not covered or service providers unable to process warranty work. Worst purchase of my RVing life, buying a 2024 Keystone Fuzion 427 toyhauler. Problems from the very get go. Started with many items not working at time of pickup from selling dealer D&D RV Sales in West Alexandria, OH. One side of sofa heated seat not working, Dent in the microwave door, leaking shower door and shards of glass all over the floor from the original shower door that evidently broke in initial transit to the selling dealer but they covered up. Yes , I would like to say from my own personal experience with my 2021 keystone bullet and how it was negligently built in what many call Covid era campers or Covid camper for short as they was not inspected at all or not properly depending on their build dates and crews, I was informed they was paid per trailer and was doing what they could to sell while not properly assembling them as seen in my attached photos ,these are all bringing photos of the seem being taken apart at the front corner and I noticed no butyl at all wa... read more
Love the look and feel of our 2025 Hideout trailer, however the quality has kept the traiker in the shope more than we can use it. If there was a lemon law it would definitely qualify! See.s by many reviews quality is an issue. Stear clear from this manufacturer!
