We bought a new RV Less than 3 months ago. We are up to over 50 issues. Their warranty is worthless than the paper it it printed on.No help from the dealer. Bring it here ...800 miles away to be looked at and then bring it back again a month later to leave it for a month all while we are suppose to be on vacation.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but my experience with Keystone has been extremely frustrating and has completely ruined my experience with my trailer. I understand that travel trailers are designed to be lightweight and that some components may not be built to the same standards as a traditional home. We purchased a 2024 hideout with side mount air conditioner. On the past two uses, during a rain we have gotten water leaking into the cabin under the air conditioner. Called customer service and I was just directed to contact a dealer multiple times and told that it’s only covered under a 1 year warranty. This should not happen with a 2 year old unit…. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KEYSTONE We paid $110K for a $140K fifth wheel less than two years ago and have had nothing but problems. Flooring was not attached, leveling jack installed improperly, electrical and wiring issues throughout the camper, plumbing issues, inverter went out, faulty outlets, slides broke, seals on slides tore and came off, leaking inside the camper, chairs breaking, doors not shutting, wall separating in closet, brake problems from purchase.
