We had Keystone Roofing & Siding, do a repair job on a section of our home that needed new cedar shake siding. We had a few estimates and each company said, we had to tear down the current cedar shake in order to do the “job right”. Keystone was confident that they were able to repair the rows of shake that needed to be replaced, and that alone saved us thousands. They sent two guys out which took three days. Pleased with the fact the job was done in 1 day. They did not match the color of the existing roofline, off by a couple of color tones, so we now have a two tone roof. The supervisor never showed up during the work. Dumpster was supposed to be gone the next day, but got picked up the following week. Materials were left behind on a pallet which blocked our garage. Despite repeated calls, it was never picked up, so I had to call Jersey Junkers.

I can’t tell you how happy we are with this company!! Not only did they do a FABULOUS job with our siding, but they also repaired the windows that were previously installed by a different company. The workers were excellent, courteous, and very tidy! The house looks amazing!! Thank you Keystone Roofing and Siding! We would definitely recommend and will use them again! Contracted to do work in Jan 24. Repairs went well. All downhill after that. Ordered a new window to replace an old one that was leaking into our dining room. Dining room ceiling was opened up to find leak and has remained opened for last 7 months thanks to Keystone. Multiple calls and actually stopped by their store to confirm the window was ordered, and that it would be installed. They lie to my face.
