From our salesman, Vlad, to the crews who did our roof and gutters, the service was exceptional. The process was explained very clearly to us and everything went according to plan with no delays or surprises. The support staff is helpful and courteous. Besides getting my roof repaired within 1 day, (which was amazing) I would just like to shed light on Lauren who made the process for us so easy. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the questions we had concerning the process (our first roof repair). Her customer service was impeccable. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy.
