Subject: Complaint against Kestone Roofing and Siding of Howell, New Jersey On October 17, 2024, I signed a contract with Keystone Roofing to replace the shingles on my home. I hired Keystone to replace a roof. While they came back with the best price of all the contractors I spoke with I cannot recommend them. The issues began almost from day one. After getting other quotes and making a decision to use them the salesperson was no longer with the company. The owner EJ came out to reassess the quote and kept the original agreement. We had Keystone Roofing & Siding, do a repair job on a section of our home that needed new cedar shake siding. We had a few estimates and each company said, we had to tear down the current cedar shake in order to do the “job right”. Keystone was confident that they were able to repair the rows of shake that needed to be replaced, and that alone saved us thousands. They sent two guys out which took three days. I can’t tell you how happy we are with this company!! Not only did they do a FABULOUS job with our siding, but they also repaired the windows that were previously installed by a different company. The workers were excellent, courteous, and very tidy! The house looks amazing!! Thank you Keystone Roofing and Siding! We would definitely recommend and will use them again!
