Besides getting my roof repaired within 1 day, (which was amazing) I would just like to shed light on Lauren who made the process for us so easy. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the questions we had concerning the process (our first roof repair). Her customer service was impeccable. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I called keystone for some questions about getting a leak repaired and new roofing … I spoke with Lauren & she was super helpful and honestly just so easy to talk to. She really took the time to explain everything and gave me a ton of info about the company. You can tell she knows her stuff and actually cares about helping people. I hung up feeling way more confident and informed… she made the whole thing feel simple and stress-free.. I know who I’ll be using!!
