I wish i could give this place zero stars. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE! My grandfather was admitted to Keystone with the knowledge that he was terminally ill with brain cancer. They gave him negligent care, and even yelled at my grandmother in front of a whole bunch of people about "what they were and were not going to do". After my grandfather passed away, my grandmother stopped in to have them fill out one sheet of paper for her nursing home insurance. This is the worst nursing homes ever. My grandmother was in this facility and the results from her being there was she contacted mursa/mrsa, received a stage 4 ulcer near her rectum, and feet & back sores. No offense to other cultures but, all of their CNA's, LPN's are Haitians and they don't give a dam on how they care for your love ones. Your love ones will definitely be mistreated by them!
