We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. First, Paxton, who completed our intake, truly listened to all of my concerns. He answered all of my questions about the evaluation process and reassured me that my grandson would be well taken care of. He made us feel heard and comfortable right from the beginning. We are incredibly grateful for Keystone Psychological! They were amazing from start to finish and made the entire testing process comfortable and stress-free for our daughter. Their communication and follow-up were excellent—any time I had a question, they responded quickly by phone or email. This is such a gem of a practice. They are LGBTQ affirming which is so hard to find in Florida. Dr. Shay and Dr. Scally are extremely good at what they do. I have recommended countless people here that need testing or psychological services for this reason.
