As I look at the reviews they are mostly left before Keystone was bought by current owner. I bought a hot tub in May 2022. Was having issues of no flo. Trouble started in November 2022. I believe the new owner got rid of most former workers of Keystone. The new hot tub repair person was very unprofessional. Repeatedly telling me it's my filters. May 2023 he had put new heater in but that wasn't the problem. I called him on few Fridays and told him it's not working as he couldn't trouble shoot as long as it's working. He fail... read more
