Beautiful facility. You choose your food within reason. Therapy is always good. And as for the nurses, most excellent and some think there doctors and change the orders. As far about the aides most are very professional and they care about your situation. The wife went there from the hospital for 10 days. I asked the aide what was her shower day and didn't know. Thanks for an evening of smiles and spooks! Little scream had a blast trick or treating! The facility was very clean and welcoming with so many smiles all around! Staff were very curteous! We look forward to next year! 🎃👻

My dad spent about 6 weeks here, the last 3-4 weeks being on the pathways hall (memory unit). On the best days, he received mediocre care. He was not fully incontinent before going to Keystone, but quickly became that way when he wasn't taken to the bathroom regularly or provided with help using a urinal. He complained of a sore butt the entire time he was there, when I asked 1 of the aides if his skin was breaking down I was told "its been a few days since I had your dad but his butt was fine then" as she walked away.
