Keystone has always been an outstanding skilled center. Highly rated by CMS and quality measures. Their staff has longevity and provides excellent care. I would recommend.
We were really pleased to walk into the facility and see a high level of engagement in activities and a clean environment. We briefly met with the administrator. The biggest takeaway was speaking to a family member of a resident who stated this place has a great team that is for the residents and each other, even when staffing is short- they unify together to get the job done! Well done Keystone!
