I will not be going back to Keystone Podiatric in Biglerville. I am an elderly woman and have been going to this office for years. During a recent visit I asked Dr. Reubens if I had Toenail Fungus. He said, "I don't know. You have to be tested for that." When I went home Tinea Unguium (Toenail Fungus) was the primary diagnosis on my receipt. He did not take any time to discuss this with me. I have been here in the past and was having an issue with my ankle so I called to make an appointment and wanted it after work. I didn’t get passed the receptionist who informed me my doctor has left the practice and the doctor I am assigned to is only there one day and I couldn’t get an appointment after work. I said I would try some place else and she hung up on me. Very rude. They USE to be a good practice and maybe the doctors are but not the receptionist.

I was NOT satisfied with the podiatric surgeon I saw. My toe is more messed up than it was before. I require another foot surgery to correct. Next time I'll be sure to get someone who knows what they're doing and takes responsibility for work he, she does. I did my research the first time: reading physician's education, experience, expertise, patient reviews, but clearly all the information I read was wrong because it did not benefit me, a mistake I won't allow to happen to me again....
