We have used Keystone Firestone in the past and been treated very well but this week was horrible. I picked up my truck yesterday and it is far worse than when I dropped it off. The battery no longer holds a charge, the dash is lit up like a Christmas tree, the blinkers and wipers no longer work and the transmission sounds like it is falling out but the one leaky tire does seem to be holding air. I am sick. They claim none of it is their fault.
I have taken my car here on several occasions and have be very happy with the service I received, Ron and Steve are very courteous and knowledgeable. They are very honest, and as a female going in without my husband, I felt very comfortable and did not feel I was being taken advantage of. Only place I take my car.
My family and I have been using Firestone Service Centers for years. Up until recently we have been loyal customers of the Firestone Service Center in Dunedin. We now live in the Westchase area and go to Keystone Plaza Firestone. They came highly recommended by several people in the area. Well I never thought I would find a better crew than in Dunedin...but I did. They are EXCELLENT. Honest Mechanic – I went to Just brakes and they tried to charge me $860.00+ to fix things that were not broken. I took my truck to Ron at firestone and they machined my rotors,rebuilt calipers,changed pads,and changed my oil for $155.00. Needless to say I found my personal mechanic, I wouldn't trust anyone else! Yeah thats right an HONEST MECHANIC!
