These compassionate people really know kids! We came from a different dentist who wanted to lecture, shame, and pressure sell us everything under the sun, but Keystone put the kibosh on all of that. They were kind, encouraging, and put together a plan that made us feel cared for and seen.
Very kind and take their time with each patient good with listening and answering any questions you have. Awsome with nervous kids and explaining everything to their patients prior to doing anything.
Drs Emily and Katie and their staff are so amazingly kind, helpful, loving, and supportive! They explain what is going on during the appt, what to expect if a special appt is needed to be made. They make the experience for the children and parents easy and calm. They are very timely in their appts too. They meet the kid and family where they are and walk you through every step of the appt. They make the experience for kids fun and rewarding! I appreciate their time and care for my children.
1st time here today with our 21 month old and the staff was amazing!
