Jose and Yeni are just fantastic! Communication, clear understanding of what the service would accomplish, and recommendations on what was probably NOT needed…the whole experience was awesome! I have a 20 year old 115hp engine that has literally never run better since Jose worked on it. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend them is to keep them for myself! Thanks Jose and Yeni.
I had a great experience at Keystone Nautical unlike a previous review I saw. I’m on vacation and had trouble with my boat and I easily understood that on such short notice I may not be able to get my boat repaired to use. I spoke to Jose and he told me he would look at it and that he was booked up but would do what he could but no promises. Tried to schedule my boat for repairs and got put off due to the owner having to go on vacation. Second time I tried to get repair work, I was given a scheduled date, then it seemed like they could not find where they scheduled me in when I called on the day of my appoinmant. The owner called me and asked me what I needed done and could not schedule me till the next day since he had some things to do. It's almost like they don't want business is the way i was spoken to.
