This family run business demonstrates the art of Customer Service which I thought had been "lost". They are competent, kind and honest! How refreshing to see these qualities demonstrated in every way. Jose worked on my 2008 Yamaha Waverunner and let me know and approve each step as he went - giving me the price step by step. Jose replaced my marine carpet with HydroDeck flooring in my Nautique. He did a fantastic job. The job ended up being a little more involved than originally expected, but he was able to make it look excellent! Very pleased with the result and will be using them again for any other needs in the future! Highly recommended!
Jose and Yeni are just fantastic! Communication, clear understanding of what the service would accomplish, and recommendations on what was probably NOT needed…the whole experience was awesome! I have a 20 year old 115hp engine that has literally never run better since Jose worked on it. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend them is to keep them for myself! Thanks Jose and Yeni.
I had a great experience at Keystone Nautical unlike a previous review I saw. I’m on vacation and had trouble with my boat and I easily understood that on such short notice I may not be able to get my boat repaired to use. I spoke to Jose and he told me he would look at it and that he was booked up but would do what he could but no promises.
