I cant say enough about the staff at Keystone, they answered all my insurance questions when it came to my mobility and respiratory purchase.
Excellent service. Everyone at Keystone Medical Equipment, from the Office Staff to the Delivery Person, are very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. KME handled all the details, Insurance paperwork and approvals. Great Mom & Pop Medical Supply Store. You dont find stores like this anymore. You actually get a live person to speak with when you call and not a recording.
Keystone went above and beyond to get me the supplies that I needed and delivered them to me well before the time allotted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure working with them. Excellent customer service!! Will be sure to use them again and refer them to all who need their services.
