I have a big issue with this place the woman who does all the claims has twice tried to charge me for medical equipment that my insurance 100% covered and when it is brought to her attention she is rude!! I WONDER HOW MANY HAVE BEEN CHARGED AND DIDNT NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT??? BEWARE KNOW WHAT YOUR INSURANCE POLICY DEDUCTIONS ARE!!!! BEFORE YOU GET ANYTHING FROM KEYSTONE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
I cant say enough about the staff at Keystone, they answered all my insurance questions when it came to my mobility and respiratory purchase.

Excellent service. Everyone at Keystone Medical Equipment, from the Office Staff to the Delivery Person, are very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. KME handled all the details, Insurance paperwork and approvals. Equipment was was readily available in their warehouse, delivery was scheduled around our schedule, and was delivered on-time and set-up. Allowed us to concentrate on getting our loved one back home.
