The staff at Keystone Marble and Granite are amazing! They have the best prices and a wide range of full size slabs compared to other places we looked at. We chose quartz & it is beautiful!! Also, their turnaround time is the fastest in this area. We had a new grand baby due to be born in 2 weeks and wanted the countertop done before baby is here. Told Sabrina and Tuba & they were like no problem. From signing of contact to installing took 10 days….amazing!! Thanks Keystone, we will surely be back.
Unprofessional Experience – Would Not Recommend Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During the initial consultation, they assured me that everything was included in the quoted price. However, once the work began, I was told that certain services were actually "complimentary" and not covered under the agreement—despite being discussed upfront. We worked with Sabrina to select countertops for our kitchen and two baths. We found what we wanted but there wasn’t enough in the same lot in the showroom for the kitchen project. Sabrina called the warehouse to see if they had enough in stock there. We went to the warehouse and selected our slabs and Sabrina facilitated the slabs being transported to the showroom for fabrication.
