I live at Concord Reserve for 1 1/2 years and transferred to Sterling Point Goldsboro NC. I can not express how much Mrs Tasha & Renae has helped me in so many ways. Mrs Tasha was there for me when I needed a place due to an unforeseen situations that I had encountered. She was very understanding and respectful. I had a very smooth process with moving in Destiny & Amanda were very great help with answering questions we had about our potential unit. I love my apartment It is a very nice pick for me and my little girl would recommend.
I was interested in an apartment at Candlewood and the Property Manager that helped me was exceptional at her job. She wa s professionally dressed, knowledgeable,and extremely nice in a professional way. She was very helpful.
Horrible management company…. College student late on rent… Even though I paid my late fee they want renew my lease….. All good! Need a change the way I dealt with lizards and roaches in my apartment.
