The staff are all friendly. I loved that there was water, good tea and granola bars in the room when I arrived. They have bike storage, shuttle service and is conveniently located. The bike path in Keystone is awesome!

I just had a 60 minute vacation with Shilo! This facialist is top notch. She has magical hands. She educated me on skincare in the high country. She massaged not only my face but my upper chest, neck and scalp. I would highly recommend this very skilled and sought after esthetician. It was such an enjoyable session, her smile and positive energy was contagious and my facial was outstanding! And the spa is soo lovely, cushy robes, comfy lounge and use of the hot tub, sauna or steam room if you want it. I feel and look great! ... read more
