We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Katie Dale the assistant manager was very helpful and has great customer service skills! The rooms were clean! You can’t beat the location right on keystone lake!
This has been one of the most appalling and unethical customer service experiences I have ever encountered. We were forced to cancel a non-refundable reservation due to the sudden death of an immediate family member. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel showed absolutely no compassion — hiding behind rigid policy with zero willingness to offer even a partial solution.
