Title: Disappointing Service Mars a Great Massage I left this spa with mixed feelings. On one hand, the actual massage was really good. The therapist was skilled and truly helped me relax. However, the overall experience fell far short of luxury. The trouble began before I even walked in, due to complete confusion about their opening hours. Pros: Nice view from balcony (though this will depend on which level your room is on). Decently appointed facilities. Real Finnish sauna. Eco minded. Cons: $50 to park! Pool amenities including sauna and steam room don't open until 9am Other things to know: No A/C though they do give you a window fan to use. On site restaurant is lousy.

We went during the summer, for a conference in their conference center. The rooms were clean, fairly modern, but all the hallways have cottage cheese ceilings. The hotel layout is probably one of the worst I've ever seen, very long hallways. One ice machine and *one microwave* per floor of 40 rooms or more. And the ice machine was out of order on our floor during the summer.
