Keystone did our wonderful kitchen 7 years ago, in 2017. Recently our above-the-stove microwave died and was replaced. But some cabinet trim had to be removed to replace the microwave, and the installer didn't have the tools to put the trim back. I called Keystone, and in two days, Keystone's installer came to the house and did the job, as a freebie. Where else can you get free service after 7 years? Gotta appreciate how Keystone treats their customers, even old ones.

April Jensen at Keystone is helping us with our Master Bathroom remodel project and we couldn't be more pleased. She spent an enormous amount of time with us during the planning process and has continued to spend time with us as the remodel is in full swing, calling, emailing, texting and coming by the house to check on things. She even came up with a creative way to accommodate my freakishly tall shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower tile design. I worked with April about a year ago on a potential kitchen design but ultimately ended up going with another local competitor. I am now remodeling my master bathroom and hallway bath. I called them, sent detailed emails with drawings and exact measurements of what I need for my vanities and asked for an appointment to work with them.
