If you do not believe me call River rouge police department and just ask them about keystone hydraulics and how many times they have to go out there for the same issue stay away Update: a mechanics lien requires work to be done before payment is demanded. Also to be performed by a licensed Michigan repair facility accompanied by a court order allowing a "mechanics lien"
