Keystone was the fourth brick-and-mortar company I attended in one afternoon, looking for answers about possibly building a house. They were also the first to not be rude or indifferent to my query. Mike took the time to answer all my ignorant questions about the process, and was unfailingly patient and informative. My housing search took me in a different direction, but I would and probably will be consulting Keystone when the time is right to build a home.

The representative who answered my call was rude. I believe that training staff on effective communication skills would greatly improve customer interactions. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously so that future customers have a more positive experience.”

Keystone Homes renovated my kitchen/dining room and also put on a new, improved deck. Both were very well done and met my expectations. Any issues that occured, and there are always some issues, were resolved quickly. I'd work with them again. ==

We moved into our new home built by keystone builders in August 2022 .Overall we are pleased with the final build, Keystone has deliver whatever promised in the contract.They are very professional and maintained good communication throughout the build.It’s a great brand and people should do business with them. Special thanks to Bob and his team for excellent team work.
