This company is unprofessional and they lie from the get go. Leonard came out to do a quote. Super nice, promises all kinds of guarantees and great work only to send a sup-contractor who claims to do great work. His work is horrible. Leonard will not come out to the job to check their work. They will cover up mistakes and cover the bad work with the finishing material making the job appear to be done correctly. Once he gets your credit card he will charge it at will, then tell you it over and go away. He is in several court ... read more
This company left our home project half done and left after I sent them over $20 thousand dollars. They gave me the run around for a while and are now completely ignoring phone calls, texts, and emails. I'm not sure if I've been completely scammed by owner Leonard Courtright and Keystone home pros, or just treated like complete garbage. I do know that I would never ever recommend these people to anybody no matter the price difference!
