I never thought I’d be the person to do a build.. I have watched multiple friends and family during their builds and the sheer amount of stress that is put on you and your family was an easy decision for me and my family to never go through with one. Brandon, James and the team at Keystone have been incredible before, during and at the conclusion of our build. The process was incredibly straight-forward from start to finish and nothing was ever an issue. We added a second storey with 3 bedrooms, study, bathroom, living area and walk in wardrobe, in addition to having alterations made to our ground floor. We have just completed our renovation with Keystone and couldn't be happier. An very well organised and easy company to deal with. Brandon our site manager was extremely helpful and patient and took great pride in his work, ensuring we were very happy with the end result. Highly recommend!
We were introduced to Keystone by our neighbour, who went up with them. We initially wanted to add a second storey but due to our budget, we decided to do renovations instead. We got new flooring and had our bathroom, powder room, laundry and one of our bedrooms renovated. James was very accomodating and helpful with his design suggestions. He made an effort to rework the draft multiple times until we were happy with the plan.
