Our experience with The Granite Shop out of Pierceton was less than acceptable. We hand picked our slab and were very excited. The day of delivery, a completely wrong slab was delivered. We were promised install with the correct slab for 2 weeks later. That day came and went without any communication from The Granite Shop (we called and emailed daily). Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. No one answers the phone during normal business hours. I needed assistance from Kim, who handles the Lowes accounts. Lowes representatives left numerous messages for her to contact me, as did I. Two weeks now, and I haven't heard a word from her, even after finally contacting the the fellow from the Granite Shop who said that he would leave notes for her to contact me.
