I bought a Granite countertop at the shop in Warsaw. Initially, I received great service. All throughout the buying process we received great service. We had purchased countertops there a few years back and remain very happy. Recently I was looking for a slab of granite. My mother a 102 year old WW II veteran recently passed away . She did not want a headstone but simply a veterans plaque which we wanted to mount on a piece of granite. I stopped at the Granite Shop of Warsaw and told them what I wanted to buy. Our experience with The Granite Shop out of Pierceton was less than acceptable. We hand picked our slab and were very excited. The day of delivery, a completely wrong slab was delivered. We were promised install with the correct slab for 2 weeks later. That day came and went without any communication from The Granite Shop (we called and emailed daily). We were ghosted for almost a week before being told another delivery date. On that day, the installers did not attach the required support braces for our island. We were again... read more
