If I could give zero stars I would. Loan was super easy to get, that’s nice right? Well, we got letters immediately after closing that they had sold our mortgage to another service. Contacted Keystone Funding immediately, with hardly ANY response. No help on the phone whatsoever, never returned our calls either. Only one or two emails replied to. We were told and they confirmed that they did not sell our mortgage to someone else, to make payments with Keystone Funding, and not make these payments due to our “new” mortgager. ... read more

This is the 3rd home I’ve purchased. Tim Dineen is the best mortgage broker I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He was very attentive and always available to answer questions. I highly recommend Keystone Funding and Tim D. if you’re looking for a home in the DMV.
