I would give zero stars if possible. Use this company at your own risk. Worked directly with our broker Geoff Tomlinson for 2 months. Sent over all documents. We’re told to sell the house we currently owned in order to qualify for the house we were purchasing. Completed all steps and then NOTHING. We haven’t heard from our broker in over a MONTH! If I could give zero stars I would. Loan was super easy to get, that’s nice right? Well, we got letters immediately after closing that they had sold our mortgage to another service. Contacted Keystone Funding immediately, with hardly ANY response. No help on the phone whatsoever, never returned our calls either. Only one or two emails replied to. We were told and they confirmed that they did not sell our mortgage to someone else, to make payments with Keystone Funding, and not make these payments due to our “new” mortgager. ... read more
