I refinanced in January-February timeframe with keystone funding, they were amazing. They had the most competitive rates, and were very accommodating. They were FAST, even given the refinance boom at the time. They answered any and all questions along the way, and got a response in under an hour for each question, and even over the weekend. No complaints here, would use them again in a heartbeat.
If you want to close in 90 to 120 days, look somewhere else.
