An estimator came out to look at our detached garage per the buyers request for a home sale. This house sale includes a detatched garage. A young man from this company came and looked at our garage for some block breaking due to settling (which was confirmed by 2 other professionals as a non foundational problem and a structural engineer). He was completely unknowedgable and looking for work and the estimate given to us $12,790 for work that didn't even guarantee to fix the foundational failure as he claimed.
