Still undecided how to report abuse. Went to office for a follow-up visit and a prescription was phoned in. The pharmacy notified me they couldn’t fill the prescription till the physician (Dr. Wangsness) completed an authorization request. The pharmacy faxed it (> 6 times over the weeks) as did my Insurance provider as the apathetic office staff informed me both their fax and back up jams up and it was my responsibility to get the form to them (Pharmacy and Insurer will not provide the form to patients). My first experience at Keystone Foot & Ankle Associates. Everyone was awesome! Dr. Rose was so wonderful and explained everything. Will def use her as my podiatrist going forward.
My first visit and I was thoroughly impressed. My appointment was at 1700 hrs. By 1730 I had been seen, X-rayed, diagnosed with arthritis, given orthodics and two cortisone shots.
