Office & doctor's are great. Getting ahold of them is something else. I have no idea what the hours are & Everytime you call, They just say call back during normal business hours. But the hours are not listed on the answering machine nor are they listed on here. So when are the business hours?🤷🏻♀️
Great doctor and staff. 1st visit. Very attentive and caring.
Still undecided how to report abuse. Went to office for a follow-up visit and a prescription was phoned in. The pharmacy notified me they couldn’t fill the prescription till the physician (Dr. Wangsness) completed an authorization request. The pharmacy faxed it (> 6 times over the weeks) as did my Insurance provider as the apathetic office staff informed me both their fax and back up jams up and it was my responsibility to get the form to them (Pharmacy and Insurer will not provide the form to patients).
