Great facility and Staff . They are helpful and accommodating. The equipment is state of the art and the facility is clean
Great gym great atmosphere the only con I have is there's no showers after you work out and you're all sweaty and dirty. Especially if you work out before you go to work and want to shower
Regarding the recent updates - Per usual, the recent updates including the turf space, added free weights and new benches, Jason and Keystone Fitness continue to grow and advance themselves so to meet the needs of its clients and keep current. The turf area is a great improvement and is a perfect space for stretches, core workouts, etc. The addition of Cawley PT has been fantastic and puts Keystone Fitness in line with top notch gyms catering to all, athletes, fitness enthusiasts or novices, Silver Sneakers, and more.
Very Clean & Comfortable Gym! Latest equipment available! Jason & staff very friendly. I recommend this fitness center as a great place to workout.
