Where to start. Database is constantly out of date. Many of the providers don't take the insurance. A number of others don't even exist anymore or were absorbed into a larger practice. The filters don't work. I tried to apply adult services to my search and I still got pediatric results. There is also no review system for practices built into the database. Although there is no monthly premium, the costs of prescriptions and medical equipment not covered and opportunity cost of the hours spent waiting on hold and receiving conflicting information, make medical care under this insurance company unaffordable for me. Hello, Management at Keystone First: Please provide the option of muting the advertisements and music that blare while the patient is waiting on hold. Horrible insurance coverage , horrible experiences with them denieying tests knowing well surgery is imminent but also procedurally necessary and can't proceed without , causing undue patient pain and suffering
