We recently joined this neighborhood, and overall if it's off to a good start. It is a construction zone, so there is that, but you know that going into it. The one thing keeping this from being a 5 star, would be the community entrances and exits. One, the more convenient one, is still considered a construction entrance - so its an unpaved, gravel only, entrance that's particularly difficult to see from the street.
