The houses are beautiful but the land is small and all of the developments have HOA. To spend that kind of money on a home just to have someone tell you what to do with it is insane. So many restrictions. We went with a different builder entirely. Lots are so small.
As a builder, we really like some of the communities, floor plans, and finishes. As a community, the remote chat and in person home advisors are just plain bad. I first inquired about Langston months ago when buyer incentives were first raised to $71k and only a single lot had been sold in phase 1. The home advisor that contacted me told me that unfortunately the Devonshire even in its base configuration did not fit on any phase 1 lots, and she even verified this with the site planner/engineer.
