We built our dream home in the Langston community by Keystone custom homes. The sales representative Cheryl was great and explained everything in detail of what we were getting along with the design team. I also can not forget Jay the project manager who was there every step of the way during the construction process.
You can go to model home during open house hours, but complete waste of time in our opinion unless you schedule appointment with the salesperson. They have literally ZERO paper information, pictures, info graphics, sample floor plans, nothing in person. They tell you to go to the website. They gatekeep all information about specific lots that are available, the HOA bylaws, the neighborhood map, everything. You can see nothing without scheduling a sales pitch at a predetermined time. The houses are beautiful but the land is small and all of the developments have HOA. To spend that kind of money on a home just to have someone tell you what to do with it is insane. So many restrictions. We went with a different builder entirely. Lots are so small.
As a builder, we really like some of the communities, floor plans, and finishes. As a community, the remote chat and in person home advisors are just plain bad. I first inquired about Langston months ago when buyer incentives were first raised to $71k and only a single lot had been sold in phase 1. The home advisor that contacted me told me that unfortunately the Devonshire even in its base configuration did not fit on any phase 1 lots, and she even verified this with the site planner/engineer.
