Langston is a lovely community -- quiet and surrounded by beautiful farm land. As it grows, it will be nice to see the common spaces planted and made beautiful with landscaping. The lots are small but that is what we wanted. Working with Jay, the construction manager, was a fantastic experience. He was very responsive. We are very happy with our decision to live here!
We built our dream home in the Langston community by Keystone custom homes. The sales representative Cheryl was great and explained everything in detail of what we were getting along with the design team. I also can not forget Jay the project manager who was there every step of the way during the construction process.
You can go to model home during open house hours, but complete waste of time in our opinion unless you schedule appointment with the salesperson. They have literally ZERO paper information, pictures, info graphics, sample floor plans, nothing in person. They tell you to go to the website. They gatekeep all information about specific lots that are available, the HOA bylaws, the neighborhood map, everything. You can see nothing without scheduling a sales pitch at a predetermined time. The houses are beautiful but the land is small and all of the developments have HOA. To spend that kind of money on a home just to have someone tell you what to do with it is insane. So many restrictions. We went with a different builder entirely. Lots are so small.
