Save yourself the nightmare and DO NOT buy a house from Keystone custom homes. I wish I would have checked their BBB rating beforehand... The first red flag was in the design studio; we made a few changes to the layout and added a few things we were told would be fine; signed the paperwork and moved on. Afterwards there are several check-ins where you get to see progress and they keep you updated. During one of the progress checks we discovered that they never installed a bathroom rough in, in the basement like we requested.... read more

Full disclosure: I’m not too familiar with this developer. They’re probably great. However, it might be helpful for prospective buyers to know that this community uses Elm Street Development, a contractor that completely ruined the aesthetics of our brand new development.
