We recently replaced our existing deck using Keystone Custom Decks, and we couldn't be more pleased with the process or finished product. Worked with Johnny and Reuben. The team was great! The renderings were a huge reason we went with this company. We felt they really brought our vision to life and they were very accommodating about changing and updates on this project. Going into a major renovation there were things we learned… 1. Make sure you ask what is changeable down the line and what you have to stick with. For example, we could change out brick for stone, no problem. My husband, Carson, and I could not be happier with our multiple deck renovation. From the sales representatives, to the accounting department, to the carpenters......they were all professional, courteous, and efficient. The carpenters who did the actual work on our property were very prompt, extremely skillful, efficient, and thoughtful. Our decks are impeccably made, and absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend Keystone from beginning to end!
Can’t say enough great things about our experience with Keystone. They were detailed and organized throughout the entire project. My personal favorite was how clean they kept the job site at the end of every day before leaving. They took great care of us and our project!! From the beginning phase, design phase, to the build out, and punch list at the end, everyone was professional and kind!
