I dropped into Keystone CrossFit and had a great experience. Tim is super knowledgeable and clearly takes great care of his athletes and classes. He has a really great way of breaking down information so it’s easy to understand and apply, no matter your experience level. The class was well-run, welcoming, and thoughtfully coached.
