I had two appointments with a therapist here who seemed like a decent woman. I would have loved to work with her if she was certified in the therapy my child needed. However, she said I would be able to see another therapist that is certified at that office. She was supposed to contact me to setup an appointment and I haven’t heard anything from them at all. The guy they have answering the phone and scheduling appointments SAM is VERY rude and inconsiderate. I have NO clue how he even still has a job!!! He never answers the phone and never returns messages we have gotten into quite a few times bc he's so disrespectful. The counselor I see is Sheeva and I love her she always works with me bc of my schedule but she's only in the office Wednesday and Saturdays I've actually stopped going though bc of the receptionist "SAM" I can never get an appt or anything anymore and I honestly ... read more

I do not recommend due to the therapist NEVER returning my call! I had met her once and she seemed genuine, but when I called and left a message, she didn't call back!
