Gives a very reasonable estimate and then tries to collect unreasonable amounts of money after work is completed. Also very difficult to get ahold of - I had to make repeated phone calls and almost had to hire someone else at the last minute to make sure work was done on time. I also had to have them come back and fix a mistake and they tried to charge for fixing their error.
