I called Keystone to get parts for my Rayco stump grinder. I needed bearings and a shaft. I told the guy I really needed them because I have a lot of work and needed the stump grinder to complete this work. I wish I remembered who I spoke to. I think it was Bill Long but I'm not 100%. He said I'll call you back. Well I never got a call back which made me miss the deadline of having everything shipped overnight. So I had no choice but to call someone else. I just took delivery of my new Takeuchi excavator. From looking at the machines, through the sales process and delivery all of my questions were answered by the sale representatives. The keystone team were personable, communicative, and made it clear they wanted to establish on going business relationship. I look forward to adding other equipment to my fleet.
