We bought our first townhome with Keystone recently. They have been so easy and great to work with. Competitive pricing but the product is higher quality than a big national builder. We have had a couple minor imperfections and their warranty team has been fantastic. We would definitely buy from Keystone again in the future!
Extremely disappointed with keystone. We bought our townhome in June. We’ve had problem after problem. Everything is built cheap, rushed, and terrible quality. We have reached out numerous times concerning warranty issues(because they don’t respond until doing so). Things have taken months to get “fixed”, or haven’t been fixed at all because it’s in their “margin of error”. I’ve had 3 neighbors say how disappointed they are as well. Disappointed with our keystone townhome. They advertise luxury townhomes but the only thing luxury about them is you get to pick all of the finishes in your home. Heidi in the design center was awesome. She was very helpful and upfront with everything and the communication was awesome. You will pay for upgrades so keep that in mind and ask questions when you go to the model home. As far as the home was built, there wasn’t much luxury from there. Great experience with Keystone. My wife and I bought a townhome and were able to design our home how we wanted, even down to the location of outlets and Ethernet cables. Very kind people that prioritized us as the buyers. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking at buying a new home.
Keystone was so lovely to work with! The layouts they offer have such a good use of space and make you feel like you are in a giant home, even if it's a town house. They have been so helpful during the whole processes! Keystone is the way to go!
