At first I felt confident with them to fix my hail damaged roof. After a long waiting period to get it done the roofers did subpar work. When I asked them to come finish the job right it took approximately 10 different attempts to fix things. And it’s still improperly finished. I was lied to multiple times saying “that’s how it’s done everywhere”. I was told multiple times that they have a 10 year labor warrantee and lifetime material. Keystone Construction did a great job replacing my hail damaged roof and partial siding. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance which made it easy and hassle free. My house looks great thanks to them!
Called 3 times. Each time they said they would get back with me to bid out a client's hail damage. Never heard from them. Now I see they have packed up and left the area. Another storm chaser company gone.
