Horrible, Unsafe Care. Bring your family member elsewhere! My grandmother was a resident here for a few short months. We were promised that their locked dementia unit would keep her safe and that she would receive excellent care here. However, we experienced the exact opposite! She escaped from this locked unit on a cold winter night and was found wandering the streets of Ludlow. The staff did not even know she was gone! So much for the hourly checks.
