I had never filed an insurance claim for an accident, so I was unsure of how the process would go. Victor, the estimator at CarStar, was incredibly thorough and patient as he walked me through each step and went to bat for me when the insurance company’s estimate was lower than expected. Victor kept me posted when the process was taking longer than expected and I always felt that he had my best interest at heart. My car came back good as new and was cleaned thoroughly. Amazing work on my Tiguan and was completed before the quoted 2 weeks. Beyond great customer service from everyone I interacted with and they even deep cleaned my car inside and out to the point that it looked brand new which was such a nice surprise. Highly recommend!
