Carstar did a great job repairing my car after someone hit my front bumper in a parking lot (which causes a surprising amount of damage despite my car having been parked!). Communication was clear and easy from start to finish, and I received timely updates throughout the process. Despite the extensive repairs needed, they finished the work relatively quickly. When I picked up my car, it looked good as new, and they had even detailed the inside and out beautifully! I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I had never filed an insurance claim for an accident, so I was unsure of how the process would go. Victor, the estimator at CarStar, was incredibly thorough and patient as he walked me through each step and went to bat for me when the insurance company’s estimate was lower than expected. Victor kept me posted when the process was taking longer than expected and I always felt that he had my best interest at heart. My car came back good as new and was cleaned thoroughly.
