Got a letter for $1,187 for "delinquent taxes". The address listed is a place I rented in Oct 2023 to Oct 2024 but the taxes are for 2023. I go and check my filing and sure enough I filed everything correctly. So glad I am forced by my local government to deal with an incompetent PRIVATE entity. Update- sent them my W-2 and they actually fixed their mistake fairly quickly. So glad I was threatened with wages being garnished.
They are sending just a surprise letter saying I have delinquent earned income tax after 2 years with interest and penalty. I lived in Harrisburg, PA from 2020 and keep hammering by delinquent tax though I have been filing tax every year. When I called keystone and they never received my call, keeps me on hold for hours. We are hardly running family with limited budget and they are sending thousands of dollar bills after 2 years. How can we make such payment ? They continue to send bills for a property I sold nearly a year ago. Morgaged had escrow, never understood to charges to begin with. Website is trash
Website doesn't work, customer service reports wrong and conflicting information, issues always the users fault.
The tax collector filer should be fired. How are you charging in the wrong jurisdiction? How is it that per capita tax is being mailed to a non city residence address. I contacted the support and they asked I provided documentation with the exemption form on their site. I mean why would I have to do anything if the person can't do their job correctly? It's obvious just by the mailing address 🤷 24-48 hours for a supervisor call back is obviously ridiculous as well. Terrible company
