"Unrecoverable Error" is all I get when I login! Y'all want me to file my taxes or nah?
For something as important as taxes, they should probably have a website that actually works.
You would think a company that is pated to be a tax collection agency AND offers e-file would have their website in good working order for hard working Pennsylvanian to file....you would think wrong! Even their "How can I help?" part of the site does not work. At 2pm it shows that it's out of business hours. Total failure to the tax payers of PA and a waste of money for the municipalities that pay them to facilitate this process.
