They continue to send bills for a property I sold nearly a year ago. Morgaged had escrow, never understood to charges to begin with. Website is trash
Website doesn't work, customer service reports wrong and conflicting information, issues always the users fault.
The tax collector filer should be fired. How are you charging in the wrong jurisdiction? How is it that per capita tax is being mailed to a non city residence address. I contacted the support and they asked I provided documentation with the exemption form on their site. I mean why would I have to do anything if the person can't do their job correctly? It's obvious just by the mailing address 🤷 24-48 hours for a supervisor call back is obviously ridiculous as well. Terrible company
Even if you have previously moved they will still bill you for per capita tax even though its publicly documented when you sell your residence.
The person I spoke with didn't explain everything that I had to do and hung up on me to quickly and didn't help me understand what I needed to do
